Returns & Freshness

Because strawberries are perishable, returns aren't accepted. Products damaged in delivery may qualify for replacement or partial refund if reported within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before packaging begins. Customized gift boxes and chocolate-covered strawberries cannot be cancelled once production starts.
